Siamese Zessions

The Siamese Zessions originally started off as a spontaneous Saturday night, one-night stand jam session. Since the first time they had played together, there was a special feeling when they jammed. The jam sessions became a routine and after only 8 times playing together, the Siamese Zessions had their first disastrous gig…

Progressively, the songs are revised and ideas from the different parts of the band are incorporated. The tunes range from structured to complete improvisation, generating a constantly changing mood and setup, while maintaining the jam session feeling.

On the 23rd, 24th, and 26th of July 2009, the music for the debut album “robotchickenwars” was recorded live @ Hengerjuck. On the 1st and 2nd August, Nekkel spontaneously recorded some vocals. Everything was recorded and produced in a strict DIY fashion – all homemade – and the recordings were mastered by our good friend iPascal Devé, while another close friend Juggi contributed the cover art.
